Stranger Things Season 5: Netflix Confirms Final Season – Here’s When It’s Coming

Netflix has finally unveiled the premiere date for Stranger Things Season 5. The final season will air over three parts in the fall: Volume One will start airing on November 26th; Christmas and New Year’s will feature two parts each, while New Year’s Eve marks the finale. Fans have been waiting three years for their return to Hawkins. But be prepared: it won’t be what you remembered it to be – its inhabitants may have changed drastically since you last visited.

When Does Stranger Things Season 5 Actually Release?

Stranger Things Season 5 will debut in three parts, starting with volume one on Netflix on November 26th (four episodes) and volume 2 being made available December 25th with three more episodes; then finally the finale is scheduled to air December 31st, with each volume released at 5 pm PST.

What Chaos Awaits in Stranger Things Season 5?

Do you remember how Season 4 ended? Unfortunately, our heroes perished. In Season 5, Hawkins is under attack from Rifts, which caused it to be quarantined by military force.

“The Crawl,” the premiere episode, opens with Will Byers from 1983 undergoing his terrifying experience on The Upside Down, where a Demogorgon takes him to Vecna’s cave – only for it to have disappeared completely!

Ross Duffer confirmed the season “starts in chaos due to our heroes’ defeat. This time around isn’t like any other school; everything starts quickly from day one. “Sprinting from the start,” as Duffer put it.

The aim of the gang is straightforward: find and arrest Vecna. But that has proven more challenging than planned, as Eleven was forced into hiding to avoid government persecution, while Max remains unconscious due to hospital treatment for an unconscious state. And let’s not forget the dark force lurking at their heels that poses more danger than anything they have encountered so far.

Who’s Back for Stranger Things Season 5?

Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard are back, joined by some new additions such as Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, Alex Breaux and Linda Hamilton.

Eduardo Franco (Argyle) and Joseph Quinn (Eddie Munson) will not return. Matt Duffer confirmed Eddie’s fate by writing that “he will not be returning from beyond.” So sorry, metalheads.

Sadie Sink teased Max’s condition by saying there’s still hope, with her friends hoping for recovery. We will know soon enough.

Finn Wolfhard revealed Mike was back to leading his group and planning missions together; all members are needed in the group for its final battle.

Each episode costs $50-60 million with an overall budget between $400-480 million for this season on Netflix! That is incredible; their most costly season ever.
