Jeon Dongmin (Jinyoung) found himself struggling to locate Bu Se-mi, suspecting she could be an influencer. At the same time, Ga’s siblings, Seon-young (Jang Yoon-ju) and Seon-woo (Lee Chang-min), were after Yeong-ran; they wanted her publicly dismantled and financially devastated.

Episode 5 brought Baek Hye Ji (Joo Hyun-young) back to Muchang Village for Se-mi’s welcoming party, and, demanding 10 billion won to remain unaware of who Yeong-ran was, Baek Hye Ji demanded more chaos by demanding 10 billion won and threatened blackmail as she wanted Yeong-ran not to be identified by anyone in Muchang village. Blackmail would add more intrigue to this drama’s already chaotic storyline.

Episode 8 saw Yeong-ran’s poor decisions come back to haunt everyone involved, with her actions having lasting repercussions that affected innocent parties, including Secretary Ham and Lee Don (Seo Hyun-woo). There are trust issues galore!

Will Romance Bloom Before Everything Burns Down?

Let’s discuss romantic tension. Se-mi/Yeong-ran and Dong-min have been exchanging feelings throughout each episode, creating a mutual attraction in their relationship that’s undeniable. But how can one lie when it comes to feelings? Simply by not lying when communicating your emotions – all Se-mi has is herself and her job to fall back on; no biggie.

Jinyoung and Yeo-been make a believable pair in this complex relationship, creating the illusion that one wants to be part of it even when one knows there may be false pretences at its core. That is savvy acting, making you forget that she’s fishing this poor strawberry farmer!

Will Dong-min finally reveal his true feelings in Ms Incognito Episode 11, or will the shock come first, ruining any chance at romance? Timing these confessions is key: too early, and you risk coming off like an idiot; wait too long, and your opportunity could slip away without you taking full advantage. Either way, it’s a lose-lose scenario.

The cast is making this chaos seem plausible and realistic.

Jeon Yeo been shines as Kim Yeong-ran/Bu S-mi, delivering a stunning performance that effortlessly transitions between tough bodyguard and gentle teacher roles. Her. Her facial expressions are truly magnificent, and her fear that someone recognizes her is palpable—until they get kissed by Chef!

Jinyoung masterfully portrays Dong-min, balancing affection and suspicion. Dong-min is not dumb, which makes him an interesting character—bright personalities make for interesting stories. He is learning slowly but steadily; his eventual realization will prove devastating.

Jang Yoon-ju’s performance as Ga Seon-young brings a cold, calculating quality to her role as the antagonist. She doesn’t act selfishly; she believes her money comes from somewhere, as is true with any inheritance. I would likely be mad too if an unknown bodyguard found out they inherited my fortune!

Joo Hyun-young plays Baek Hye-ji with gusto. Her energy keeps the audience guessing as we try to figure out her side—whether she wants help—is she friend or foe, perhaps both, a helper, etc.? The audience remains intrigued throughout.

Seo Hyun-woo, in his role as Lee Don, is operating undercover. His involvement is more complex than it appears, possibly tied to personal matters beyond his professional responsibilities. So what exactly is Seo Hyun-woo’s true story?
