To demonstrate this, she tries to tear down a wall on her own – an impractical solution, as this could damage their childhood walls and endanger all their adorable paintings from when they were children, though Do-ha is always there to assist and offer assistance during times of difficulty.

Episode 2 takes an emotional turn when Ha-gyeong dives in to rescue the box filled with memories from their childhood and photographs. Still, she comes dangerously close to drowning herself before Do-ha jumps in and pulls her away safely.

What do you think? A man she’s been trying to avoid for two years saves her life. They discover a box containing memories of past summer adventures, while looking through photographs brings up everything they tried to forget.

Do-ha and Ha-gyeong reach a heartbreaking moment when Ha-gyeong informs Do-ha that they must no longer see each other, which leads him to make the difficult decision not to sell his home and reveal something significant. Still, unfortunately, previews don’t reveal it all.

Director Min Yun-Hong skillfully crafts each scene with expert craftsmanship. The rainy setting encapsulates their emotions. Yoo-Ri Jeon, as a writer, knows just how to tug at our hearts with each flashback that unlocks another piece of the puzzle.

Lee Jae-wook plays twin brothers Baek Doha and Do-yeong, who became estranged following their parents’ divorces and subsequently parted ways; Doha went to America while Do-yeong resided in Korea – though each summer Do-ha returned for 21-day visits – making his presence significant to Ha-gyeong’s life.

Episode 2 will debut in 2025 on KBS2 on November 22, at 9:20 pm KST, with international viewers being able to stream through Viki with English subtitles; Indian audiences can view the show at 5:50 pm IST, while Netflix also broadcasts certain parts of it.
