Lee Il-hwa’s performance as Han Hye Ra scrolls through old photos of her daughter is heartbreaking; you can feel all her 25 years of sadness and longing through her eyes, although she begins to recognise some reasons for what may not be right, although not yet in total understanding.

Ha Neul comes across key evidence that counters Jung Won’s claims regarding her past, such as old records that don’t match up with what was presented by her. Seol Jung Hwan captures this scene beautifully by portraying Ha Neul’s grief without overacting.

There’s an unexpectedly dramatic scene where Lee Hyo-na’s Joo Young Chae (Lee Hyo-na) calls to inform Jung Won of her plans to come back. This causes Jung Won to have to decide how best to continue acting as his counterpart when this person does finally show up and refuses to pretend otherwise.

Han Hye Ra’s life is completely turned around when she finds an old photo that causes her to question every aspect of it, including Jung Won. Jung Won immediately notices Hye Ra’s shift in attitude and becomes visibly fearful as Hye Ra begins acting differently than before.
